This person will oversee all bookkeeping functions, will send and collect on invoices, and will prepare payment on all bills. They will monitor cash flow and advise the owner on best routes and timing strategies.

This person will be provided on-the-job training as to our specific systems and protocols, but they MUST come with bookkeeping experience.

Our company is experiencing record growth, and we need a person to help stabilize that growth, provide solid numbers, and help project a variety of options.

We do things a bit differently than standard bookkeeping and rely on a handful of spreadsheets to keep functions running smoothly.

We expect this person to work on-site. Evenings and weekends may be occasionally required.

The Ark has a lot of moving pieces (literally!). This position will pick up items won in auctions out of town, will pick up furniture from Facebook Marketplace, will deliver items sold at The Ark, etc.

Value DL and clean driving record is a must. Vehicle will be supplied. Will occasionally drive and operate our large box truck and lift gate. Musut be comfortable driving a large vehicle through towns, highways, etc.

Hours are not always predictible. Some weeks will have multiple deliveries and pick-ups, while other weeks will not.

Position is eligible for $50/mo cell phone stipend in addition to pay, which is based on qualifications. Starting pay will not be less than $13/hour.

Needs to be able to lift ~100 pounds independently and have superior customer service.

This individual is responsible for listing items via online sales channels, such as eBay and FB Marketplace, as well as our auction software, EquipBid.

They will office out of the Ben’s Bins warehouse. Some of the inventory listed will come directly from the warehouse pallets we receive, which other merchandise will come from The Ark if we determine it will sell better online.

What doesn’t sell well in the pallets will be sold on our auction site to recoup our costs and move the merchandise.

Experience in selling online is important. The Online Sales Manager must be able to list a large number of items professionally but quickly.

Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds. Work environment is NOT climate controlled, so being able to work in heat and chilly temperatures is a must.

Starting pay per hour is $12 and is eligible for a raise once training is completed.
